Bus ride update

Well, this is an update regarding the bad bus ride thingy... I received an e-mail from rapidkl this monday. It does sound sincere, but i think it sounds very 'official', like those typical statements from TNB or JBA tht says 'we apologize for the electricity/water supply interuption tht happen in your area. The electricity/water supply will be back to normal in 2 hrs time', then u wait for 12 hrs there is still no electricity/water supply. I doubt any serious action will be taken. This is Malaysia what...

Here's the letter i've received:

Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you for your e-mail which we read with genuine concern. We understand that efficient service is essential in today’s fast-paced world, especially for our valued customer like you. We regretted the unpleasant experience you encountered while using our bus service.

Pertaining to your feedback on the above matter, we will speak to both the drivers and the Enforcement Officer on duty. We truly agreed with your comments that the staff on duty should handle the situation professionally. As customer safety is our top priority and we do not tolerate this manner of behaviour by any staff on duty .

We are required by procedure, to carry out a proper investigation and the driver concerned will be questioned. Should the staff be found guilty, necessary action will be taken according to the policy of the Company and Employment Act. We would also like to take this opportunity to inform that every complaint about the inappropriate behaviour is taken seriously. With the appropriate details given, we can identify the staff concern and immediate action is taken to investigate the allegation on the staff.

We would like to take this opportunity to advice our passengers that they should examined their ticket when they received from the driver. This is to ensure that they have received the right ticket for the fare paid. Should the details on the ticket is incorrect, the passenger should highlight the matter immediately to the driver. In this way, it will helps to avoid dispute when the ticket is inspected by our Enforcement Officer.

We wish to re-assure that we will continually strive to improve the quality of service that the customer expects from us. We sincerely thank you for the feedback and we hope you will continue to patronize our services.
